Day 305 of Project 365: Trick or treaters.

FunkyPlaid and I could not get over the novelty of handing out Halloween candy to all the trick-or-treaters who came to our house tonight. We saw a tiny Max from “Where the Wild Things Are” and a tiny Maleficent and a tiny devil who, fittingly, tried to make off with half the bowl of candy. It was a lot of fun, and inspired us to decorate even more next year.

Selfishly, I’m glad the devil left us some candy.

Day 302 of Project 365: Spider legs.

Today at work there was a costume parade for the wee ones. My face hurt from smiling so much at all the cute kids all dressed up! The hammerhead shark was my favorite.

I didn’t have a costume but I got into the Halloween spirit with some spiderweb leggings.
