Micro.blog Pens & Ink Meetup: Input Wanted

Hello, Micro.blog community! We had such a great pens & ink meetup during Micro Camp last week that I’ve been inspired to make it a more regular occurrence. Please read on for details.

First of all, I am so grateful for the advice and support of Cheri Baker and Pete Moore, who started up the Micro.blog Writers' Meetup and made it look so effortless. I am borrowing heavily from their hard work.

Why should we meet?

Because we enjoy pens, pencils, ink, paper, and other analog tools, and want to share this enjoyment with others!

How should we meet?

We’ll use Zoom for our first meetup, but I’m open to other suggestions for future meetups. I’m picturing a happy-hour style of gathering rather than one with set topics and structure. All meetups will adhere to Micro.blog Community Guidelines.

When should we meet?

That’s the tricky part! I’ve created this survey for you to fill out if you’re interested in participating. Once I’ve received six responses, I’ll start planning our first meetup.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. Thank you for reading, and I hope we get to meet up again soon!
