cooking myself out of bad moods

I like to cook myself out of bad moods. It worked tonight: a five-minute tomato sauce on gluten-free butternut squash ravioli for me, and on gluten-filled spaghetti for FunkyPlaid.

We are a bit burned out on sage brown-butter sauce, so I stared blankly at a can of whole peeled tomatoes in the pantry, then turned to Google.

I found the recipe on 101 Cookbooks, a place I will definitely visit again for cooking inspiration. The lemon zest was a wonderful touch.
