Mm, brakfast sanwich made out of No. 2. And who can pass up dim sim with stem rice and vegitables? This sign is in the window of a convenience store on Market Street in San Francisco.

I arrived to work this morning, took one look at my extremely messy office, and decided to clean it. My coworkers looked concerned and asked me if everything was all right with the MSG. That made me laugh. It didn’t occur to me that it might seem like I was taking out angst on my poor little office.
Now my office is fairly clean, and I am already more productive. If only I could get that action going in my room.
Tonight, I tried out the voice conferencing capabilities of Skype for the very first time with some #flickr folks. It was great fun, despite the audio constantly breaking up. How I long for something that integrated all of it – VoIP, instant messaging, photo sharing, blogging, social networking – into one (Mac-compatible) application!
I won’t hold my breath.
I will also completely forget that Macs require pre-amped microphones and so my new headset, purchased explicitly for Skype usage, is useless. le sigh
I feel pretty balanced this week, but my writing has come to a standstill. I don’t have much to say, even in my handwritten journal. Inkbot is watching “Closer” in the living room right now. Even though the production was dreadful and the subject matter made me cry, I’m glad I saw it. I don’t ever want to see it again.
