I’m home from a whirlwind weekend. Friday night was my hemi-anniversary celebration with the MSG as well as a wonderful party for his friend’s 30th birthday. Saturday we went to Boulder Creek to visit Wendy and Ryan and spent the night. We took a long way home today to see the MSG’s mom’s old house and then had a nice sushi dinner before I went home.

Home: an odd word for this place, although it’s been my home for a while. It seems less like my home, now that I know I’m leaving it soon. Zen is so happy to see me; she’s been quite disturbed by my new neighbor’s moving-in sounds, and I think she needs some extra snuggles tonight. I am very sleepy from all the sunshine and celebrating, so I’ll write more later. Welcome to May.
